The transaction with all the paperwork was handled in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't ever get the feeling of being screwed or that they were pulling one over on me. They stood firm on their numbers giving no negotiating power which is actually the way I wish the auto buying experience was. No upsales, no ridiculous fees, no fake charges. The price you see is the price pay. Oh, and they did give me a free water.

Gary is the man!!! He was definitely Santa this year. He worked his tail off for my husband and I to get us in some beautiful vehicles!! Gary listened to what I was looking for, wasn’t pushy or cringy and was able to get me into a brand new 2026 Jeep compass within the span of like, a week?! Superb experience at this dealership! First of all, they had the best pricing of any dealer in the Northwest. They handled the entire buying process remotely with no problems. When we arrived to pick up the car they had it ready to go for trans-loading, knowing that our trade-in was filled with luggage and other personal items that we were hauling to Wyoming.
