I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly caution others. I initially reached out requesting information on a vehicle, as most buyers do. Like anyone managing a busy schedule, I inquired on multiple vehicles and continued with my day. The initial follow-up I received was minimal—two very short text messages along the lines of “closing a deal” and “I’ll call back,” with no actual information provided. I returned the call and left a message. In the meantime, I was contacted by another representative regarding a vehicle. I did not realize it was from the same dealership, which is completely understandable when you’re being contacted by multiple dealerships during a search. When I called back to follow up on that inquiry, I was routed through reception and transferred to Chad. Despite this being our first actual conversation, Chad was immediately rude and told me I was being “impatient.” That framing was completely inaccurate and unprofessional given the situation. Later that evening, Chad called again asking if I wanted to “start over,” while implying I had done something wrong. That level of attitude—especially toward a potential customer who had not even had a proper initial interaction—is concerning. I chose to take my business elsewhere and purchased from Sarchione Chevrolet, where the experience was smooth and professional. I should thank Coughlin because I received a great deal on a beautiful truck. Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

I cant say enough about Cortney. She was fantastic to work with! She was really down to earth and showed a human side to sales and wasnt just trying to sell a car. She made my partner and I feel so comfortable with the whole process and kept it “real” with us. Cortney deserves an employee of the year award, hands down! And i couldnt be happier with my purchase! This was my first non-Ford car and after the buying experience with Cortney and the coughlin team, i don’t think i’ll ever go anywhere else for a car again!

Best buying experience I have had to date!! Matt was professional annd thoroughly explained the features of the truck before I left the dealership! Matt did not hover as we walked the lot.
