I highly reccomened going to Coughlin Kia of Lancaster! I live in WV but I know someone that had bought their Sportage from this dealership. I needed a 3rd Row, AWD and they got me in one! Fast, friendly and was able to do everything without going to the dealership! I'm very happy with my new Sorento and can't thank David Fink enough!! He was an outstanding salesman and made the process so easy.

Kia at Coughlin rocks!! I had called another local dealership and they couldn’t be bothered once they found out I had less than perfect credit. Kia, however, gave me stellar options and I went home with an awesome deal. That was followed up with a great salesman. Doug did an amazing job getting me hooked up with a 2021 Kia Sportage. He seemed to know his customers well and made me feel assured I was making the right buying decision. The environment was low pressure, everyone was very pleasant and answered any questions I had, and the financing department was quick to work with me. Definitely would recommend for anyone in Lancaster wanting a great car buying experience!
