Absolutely wouldn't take a vehicle here!!! I've asked do they grease the vehicle when you do a oil change service and was told yes well both times it has not been done. (Mind you first time was told I had no greaseable fittings)So I call service manager and was told he did grease them and I was the problem that he couldn't please me we are not doing business then hung up on me 🤷‍♂️ so I'll attach pictures of not one greased fitting and you be the judge. This is why people don't trust mechanics/dealers **Update** I gave them a chance to reach out but since they did a poor job servicing truck I decided to check completely over you know the things they should do look at the air filters/cabin filters. All i can say is if you're wanting to maintain your vehicle per gm schedule to keep you running and in warranty **Beware of this dealer**🤦‍♂️

Call to purchase a new truck and the salesman told me it was sold ask him if he could find one or if we could order o e and he told me know. Ok...so I moved on. Bought a 2026 Silverado from a dealer who found one out of state and had a wonderful experience. Wr noticed some chipping on the grill so we took it to the Country Chevy in Benton Ky for warranty work and they told us they didn't have a bodyshop and could not help us. No referral no help at all.

I’ve taken all three of my vehicles to Country Chevrolet over the years and have generally had good interactions, but my most recent experience on November 17 2025 was very disappointing. I scheduled a 1:30 PM oil change appointment for my wife. She arrived on time, but the service took over an hour and a half to complete. A standard oil change typically takes 30–40 minutes, especially with an appointment, so the long wait was frustrating. What made the situation worse was the explanation she was given that the delay happened because they “didn’t have the oil she requested on hand” and had to go get it. This simply doesn’t make sense. There is an AutoZone literally next door, and when I called them the same day, they confirmed they had 12 quarts of the exact oil available. If the dealership truly needed the oil, it should not have taken an additional hour to obtain it, especially with a parts store right next door. I’ve trusted this dealership with my vehicles for years, but this experience made me feel like my wife was not given an honest explanation. It’s disappointing to feel misled after being a loyal customer, and it definitely affected my confidence in their service department.

My husband & I purchased a new car from this dealership and were treated kindly & respectfully. We were able to get the exact car we wanted without any pressure or hassle. The dealership also checked over everything to ensure it was in tiptop condition. Everything in the paperwork was discussed and all of our questions were answered. We will definitely return to Country Chevrolet GMC for our future Chevy or GMC shopping.
