Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Just got called by the manager of the service department shaking me down for a late payment of $170 when I’m laying in a hospital bed and the nurse was trying to get my attention. Larry decided yelling at me was the play when I told him I’d get to the payment when me, a guy who will be out of work for the next 3 months, will get home and I can get things in order. Afterwards, got through and told the GM of Country Club, Bill, and told him what his service manager had done. He hung up on me. Don’t give these guys your business anymore. They don’t care about you, never mind that Jeeps are all junk now. EDIT: Added a picture from inside my hospital room so Country Club’s social media can tell their owner I wasn’t lying and their service manager is a thug.

Stopped here to get a tire plug as was visiting for the mountains. Dealer took me in a soon as I walked in and was done 15 mins later. Even the sales crew were a delight and nice. This type of customer service is unmatched and I can say even though I’m 3 hrs away I will be for sure buying my next car from them. Thanks Royal crew!

My daughter bought a vehicle from this dealership in July. Graduated college and bought her first new used car. Brought it back to have service work done as it already needed new tires, brakes, etc. over $1000 worth of work. Service manager said sorry we are under new ownership. lots of excuses and how they would not sell the vehicle in this condition. No one told him that when you buy a business, you buy the client base. So much for loyalty.
