Let me preface this by saying that everyone I encountered in the service dept was very friendly and professional. I brought my leased 2025 chevy equinox in for 15k service and to check the breaks. I reported a very noticeable vibration in the breaks at the time of making the appt. When I asked if they were checked during the service all I was told was "It may have been dirt within the breaks causing the issue. Try it and see if it is better. If it continues we can schedule another appt. to take care of it." It was never taken out for a test drive. If they had they would have noticed the vibration is still there. Now I need to make an appointment to have the breaks looked at supposedly again to see what the exact issue is when they should have done it done that day. I can understand them not being able to do it that day if I had mentioned the break issue at the last minute but I mentioned it when I made the initial appt and they had it listed along with the regular service items when I got there. I usually do not take the time to write a review. Just disappointed.

Horrible experience with service department. Set up an appointment for new tires, oil change and lights issue. Received multiple messages that tires were in and to call to set up appointment when I already had appointment scheduled. Then when I dropped off car oil change was not on appointment however they added it then. I get a call later in the day they could not do the tires because wrong tires were order when I Already had given them the tire size that was currently on the car. Picked up the car at the end up the day and it was sputtering when never has before. Will not go back to this service department.

Country Club Motors I was treated extremely well. The experience with the sales manager, Dave Reardon, and salesman, Brandon, was top notch. Both gentleman answered all my questions, gave me all the information I needed to make a decision to purchase the Acadia. Brandon spent a good amount of time with me explaining all the instrumentation, and handling of the car. When I call or text him or Dave about any questions, they get back to me immediately. I couldn't be happier about the entire process.
