WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! After a few frustrataing car searches locally, and not fariring well at other ddealerships, I reached out to Country. I spoke with, Tom offered to bring the truck to me since the weather was rainy. He arrived, we drove around, paper work done! Shawn, a USN veteran, made the usual tedious paperwork flow so easy. The reception, sales & financing staff are all very friendly & professional. Our only negative was we were told the car would be cleaned & detailed for us when we picked it up - unfortunately their detail staff did not follow through on this promise. In fact, the detail part was not completed at all (door frames and engine compartment were very dirty and did not appear to be touched). We are very happy with our purchase and Jeff in sales did get money for us to have the car detailed by a local person.

Recently looked at a vehicle with my sister in law. The salesmen and manager that we dealt with were very sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. She was given a price for the vehicle and a quote on her trade in value and the next day changed both numbers and when called out on it they hung the phone up. There was proof of the numbers they gave the day before provided. Very shady behavior and incredibly unprofessional. Previously I’ve had my oil changed and maintenance done here but I will no longer be supporting this business.
