I recently bought a new vehicle from Ford Country Hills and had a really great experience. Nick helped me choose the right car, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, helpful, thorough, and very transparent throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We sorted out the new car within a day or two, which made the whole experience stress-free and easy. The delivery was handled well too, and I felt taken care of the entire time. I had a great experience at Country Hills Ford thanks to my service advisor, Kacie and her team. She understood my concerns right away and made sure everything was repaired correctly and quickly. The technician did a fantastic job, understanding my issue and repairing it perfectly. She also kept me updated through text messages, which made the whole process stress free. One of the repairs was a warranty item I was a bit anxious about requesting, but Kacie handled it with no issues and got it taken care of without hesitation. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for Kacie if you’re bringing your vehicle in for service. Ps: The courtesy shuttle service is much appreciated, the drivers are always so friendly.
