He actually listened to our financial situation and showed us different options that fit comfortably within our income, instead of pushing something we couldn't afford. In the end, he got us a great deal. If you want a stress-free car buying experience with someone who actually cares, definitely ask for him

I have been taking my vehicles here for 10+ years. Deep and his team are professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I've been looking for a new car. We went here on Friday about 5:30, there closing hours were 7. No greetings, which is fine, I prefer to look and if I'm interested, I'll ask for help. We looked at the Tucson inside sat in the front seat and it looked like this fit the bill for what I was looking for. We got out to check the room in the trunk and back seats. All of a sudden it's completely locked. We asked the salesperson for help and he said everything inside is pretty much sold and will be delivered before closing. Ok fine, we ask the price on the Tucson and he says there is one more outside. I ask to see it, and he says its exactly the same as the one inside which we also can't look at now since it's locked. No help, no directions to where it is on the lot. We booked an appointment for Monday and after I left, I asked why I want to purchase from here when they have no sense of customer service. I have had better service at VW, Toyota (which has a backlog to get a vehicle) and Genesys (I know its owned by hyundia). I'll take my business elsewhere. I responded to the text reminders to cancel my appointment. Dealership needs a refresher for salespeople on customer service. I don't expect instant service but at least talk to me like a customer not an inconvenience.

Had an amazing experience today @Country Hills Hyundai. Went to purchase a new Car and Mohamad and Aaron helped us with the process. They made the process seamless and smooth. Thank you so much guys for such an awesome experience.

I’m giving this 1-star review specifically because of the reception staff. The service center itself is good, but the front desk experience is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Once the receptionist realized I was trying to reach someone in sales or finance, my calls were repeatedly ignored. Over the course of 3 days, my calls were only answered twice, and after that, it felt like my number was being avoided. The person I was trying to contact didn’t return my calls for 5 consecutive days. Because of this lack of communication, I lost a potential lease deal for my car. I strongly suggest management take this seriously and train or replace the receptionist to ensure they handle customer inquiries professionally. Poor front desk service like this will cost you customers. I have been a loyal customer of Country Hills Hyundai for the past 3 years, but after this experience, I will not consider buying a car from here again. Honestly, I don’t even feel like calling anymore, knowing how unprofessional the reception experience is.
