Hands down, the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of dealing with their manager, Jesse Lee. His professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend dealing with him at countryside. He’s a real straight shooter with upper management potential. He lead me through the whole process and was very insightful.

Was looking and emailing with this dealership for a month on a couple of vehicles. Then I set an appointment for last weekend at 2:00 pm, confirmed on Thursday and Friday that I would be there to look at and probably buy a certain vehicle. Drove down from Atlanta to be told they sold said vehicle earlier in the morning. I understand - a guaranteed sale comes before a possible one, but after 20+ emails and texts, you would think someone would have let me know before I drove the distance. That was strike one. The second strike was how a couple of salesmen talked down about one of their competitors up the road and the service they offer. I don’t feel like they showed the professionalism required to receive my business. I’ve since purchased from a third dealership in Atlanta. I would not recommend this dealership.

I had a wreck, t-boned to be exact. Totaled my car, I scraped up a down payment a week later and went to them to purchase another vehicle. One week passes and im told the deal fell thru, due to the other car that I was financing being on my credit report as still being a current account. Ok, fair enough, I understand. I then washed and vacuumed the vehicle, inside and out and returned it. I was told my down payment would be refunded on the same card the down payment came from. 9 days later, still no down payment. I called them and now its going to be refunded by check. Today. A full 10days later. Still no down payment. So, I call them today. They have no control over what the office does. I asked where the office is. Not a peep. Im calling my lawyer. I can't believe this. Now let it have been me that owed them! Update: It has now been 15 business days since the vehicle was returned, washed and vacuumed, inside and out. Counting weekends 21 days total. They still have not refunded me the down payment and I am now involving a lawyer and logging a formal complaint with the BBB. Final Update: According to Informed Delivery, in my mail today, March 23, the refund of my down payment should be in my box. It only took them saying it would be returned to my card, then in the form of a check I picked up at the dealership and finally a check was being mailed to me. AFTER numerous calls by me, a bad google review, a complaint logged with the BBB and a call from my lawyer. This is my final update, please use caution if deciding to do business here. I had to escalate thru way too many steps to get my down payment back after it was obvious the deal died.

Unfortunately, my jeep broke down on the interstate. I had to have my jeep towed to this place. I spoke with Mike, and after he had his technician’s check my jeep out, he came back out and looked me and my husband straight in the face and said my motor was gone. He said he had a salesman to help us find another car. We weren’t going for it. I called my insurance company before I could end my conversation the tech was driving my jeep. 🤨 we got in and drove away. I cut the story because it’s too long for this page. But in a nutshell, he lied to us and the only thing wrong with my jeep was the radiator. I know I’m supposed to know that Sales lots are known to lie, but I was desperate for help. Please beware of smiling faces!!
