Staff is socially inept; very kind, and understanding. However the service needs to be desired. I brought my car in for a realignment last month (April ‘26) and when I returned to my car, noticed a piercing dent in my steering wheel (3-5cm length). After speaking with the staff the first time. The assistant manager took photos and told me to return when the manager was on site. After speaking with the manager a month later, it was explained that nothing would essentially happen unless insurance was involved, and that’s just an unnecessary cost. Unfortunately, it may not be this dealership in particular, but there’s a low morality and accountability across the entire infrastructure. Furthermore, my Nissan Sentra has undergone many malfunctioning errors sporadically, yet no further information can be or was acquired. Nissan as a manufacturer maybe the root cause of an ongoing Malfunctioning issue that appears to turn off the car’s sensors (unable to diagnose for Sentra - 24) grateful for the loaner, however the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. Luckily, the concierge explained that it would be a higher charge for me if the dealership does so. I filled the tank and it was 332 miles although when I received the loaner it was 212 miles. Again another example of bad service. Not on the account of the concierge, but perhaps business dealings in the industry as a whole. I wouldn’t say do not come to this location, I’d say save this as your last resort and support small businesses that do a good job for bargain pricing.

Christian is the best salesman in the car business. He was very friendly, honest and patient . He took his time explaining all my financing options on a couple of cars I was looking at. Christian ended up getting me an amazing deal on a brand new Pathfinder. They also offer complimentary Starbucks, bottled water and Coca-Cola products. The manager Rafael was also great. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
