Wow really great services and the sellers really want to make the deal

Bought a used vehicle from their inventory, really unimpressed with the sales team. I made the mistake of trusting their whatever points inspection they did. I will never recommend this particular dealership for a purchase, but the service team was atleast helpful. All 4 tires on the vehicle were really worn to the extent that I could feel vibrations and churning noise. Went in to the dealership the very next day (driving 1h30min each way), sales team never took any calls from me and the salesman I dealt with earlier didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Even after their technicians driving the car around and confirming that the issue is with uneven wear on the tires, they were not open to replacing the tires and were instead offering me to purchase a set (for a car I had bought from them not even 24hrs ago). On one conversation the sales manager even said we cannot replace the tires because I had negotiated the price of the vehicle hahaha After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to replace the tires but only the front 2. Such a bad experience to see a dealership cheating out on a customer that’s spending $$$$$ with them PS. I would even suspect them to have switched the tires overnight from the time I did a test drive and got the vehicle next day.

Called to get some information about a car I wanted to buy and since they didn't have the car I wanted in stock they simply replied that the car I wanted was too expensive for me and to buy regular car they had in stock... The guy was completely useless
