I enjoyed the price and swiftness of my service. This rating is around the communication of additional services and offers available on my vehicle. I would've been open to additional services/opportunities; however, I was made aware of these offerings. The result was my vehicle being left without any of my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors. After speaking with the service manager, I understand the service process; however, I would've been more inclined to make a better decision had I known the full story on the day of service.

Purchased a vehicle from out of state because they had what we wanted in inventory. Everyone we worked with at Courtesy was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. Patty was our sales rep and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We received great service, the purchase process was efficient with little waiting, we received a thorough walk through and were in and out very quickly.
