Manager was completely nasty while I was trying to get a “recall” fixed and he wouldn’t supply me with a car to get to work with and I am a home visit nurse. Do not recommend. Response after they posted. They wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. So their response to this is bull. Just trying to save face. Good try. Keep trying to make yourself look good. I have bought cars from you in the past. Never again. And I hope no one else does either.

Total scam. Do not buy a vehicle or any products from this place, they completely lie about what they are selling you back up absolutely nothing and will not help you. I’ve had my truck six years now and from day one of the purchase this place has been a mess. I never got my license plates, I never gotten any of the complementary services when I brought my vehicle there. I then purchased an extended warranty from them that they said covered bumper-to-bumper, walk me through all kinds of stuff, telling me how great it was, and it covers almost nothing. I can’t explain enough what it’s been like dealing with this place or anyone they’re affiliated with. I cannot tell you to run any faster. His response also is BS. 2020 Denali HD diesel-black. Traded in an F150 king ranch. Lie some more. You knew this too from our numerous calls. In fact. Per your request, I’m gonna repost this review- with actual numbers and paperwork to back it up. It’s pretty much the same story when you called the place oh, we didn’t sell you a car you don’t exist. We make fairy dust here. Update, As promised-

Customer service is all smiles until it’s time to hold them accountable—then it’s excuses and runaround. If you value your time and money, stay far away. Plenty of other places that actually keep it real. Weeks out for a loaner vehicle is crazy 😂
