I was wondering if you guys do transmission check ups for 2017 Chevy impala

I dropped my truck off with Scott two weeks ago to assess a return issue after a recent repair. I have called for updates 3-5 times and have been blown off and told someone would follow up. No calls. No answers to the calls now. I will continue to escalate this matter until Scott calls. I would advise against using this team for any service needs. -Go ahead and comment and say that they are a different company....guilty by association- Do better business.
