I think I spoke with Leo on the phone. Super helpful and friendly. Got the part I needed ASAP. He was very proactive in reaching out. It's a further drive for me than other Chevrolet Parts Departments, but I'll be using them in the future!

If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. The only reason I’m giving this review is because it was my first time calling or doing buisiness with this company! The guy answered the phone & was a very smart Alec, he was saying “I don’t know if it will fit your car” in a smart rude tone. This was after the fact I gave the year, make & model but still decided to be a to rude for no reason which is unprofessional on his behalf because I actually bought the whole driver assembly light which I needed. The one thing I will give this company props is the fact the item itself was OEM & packed super professionally as well. The guy on the phone needs a reality check because it seems like he wouldn’t act like that in person with customers trying to spend money.

Incredibly rude. Minute the guy found out I was from Lakeside, his tone changed. Became very disinterested in helping. I was ready to get a new truck. No level of decorum. Courtesy shouldn’t be in their name.

Horrible service, sold my car and they never return my calls to resolve and return the additional warranty service that we purchased.. It's been now 3 months and nothing , been there and no service, they said 4 to 6 weeks for the refund and no show

My guy Leo knows his parts and he's honest. We've used his expertise for a long time, he's legit.
