I bought a brand-new 2026 Kia Sportage back in November. I worked with Courtesy Kia, and they went out of their way to locate the exact trim package and color I wanted, searching across the state to make it happen. All negotiations were handled over the phone, and the next evening I came in to pick up the vehicle. I worked with Ivan, who was great throughout the entire process. The morning after taking the car home, I noticed a long, thin scratch on the driver’s door. It was impossible to have seen it the night before on the matte black paint. I called Ivan right away, and he told me to bring the vehicle back in so he could take a look. That same day, they scheduled the repair. The car was ultimately returned to me in brand-new condition, and they provided a loaner vehicle during the repair. Ivan stayed responsive and helpful every step of the way.
