The entire staff went above and beyond to help get us into a wonderful new car. Brie took great care of us and was very personable, along with the management and mechanics that made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend their lot, even if you are a little ways out of being local. I am a 2 hour drive away, and while a specific car brought me in, when it's time for a new one, I'll be coming back.

The wife and I went in today to look into trading one of our Jeeps,and were met with the best sales woman I've ever encountered. She was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and had the patience of a saint. I mean she did have to deal with my wife, so if you know her that speaks for itself. Basically, if you're in the market for a car, truck, or jeep April Niekamp is the woman you want to see. She's amazing.

I found a car on the Courtesy website that I was interested in. Ended up talking with Brad Krout. He was very helpful and reassuring to me about the condition of the car. We had many text and phone calls to which he replied in a timely manner. This was extremely difficult for me, considering I live 3 and 1/2 hours away. I was basically buying a car sight unseen. I was counting on his word. He assured me that it was a really nice car and he did not disappoint. Unfortunately, Brad was not able to be there the day I went to hopefully buy it. I worked with Anthony, who was extremely helpful. He showed me the car, walked me through things, connect my phone up to the car and made sure it was ready to go. A very polite young man. Jeremy did all the paperwork and it was mostly done when we got there. Quick! All in all it ended up being a positive experience. I have to say I'd do it again. Revised Review... I wrote the above review too quickly. "Courtesy" is lacking in customer service! Ended up there was a problem with the car that was not revealed. I was told by Brad, "I looked it over myself and it is in PERFECT CONDITION." WRONG! I called the store for over 2 weeks trying to get someone to talk to me and see if they would help me out. I left messages with people and on voicemails over and over. No one would return my call. I was finally able to connect to Brandon, the GM. He said he would look into it. I started feeling hopeful. Again, after not hearing anything for several days, I started calling. Then, I finally got a call from someone ?? only to be told they were not going to help. "It is out of my hands. The car was bought As Is." So, if you want GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, you won't get it at "Courtesy!"
