This is the best dealership, the staff really cares about their customers. The manager Jim is the best manager you can deal with, his staff members are happy and therefore they naturally provide excellent experiences. I personally dealt with Daniel and he is an amazing salesperson, he is very pleasant and very professional. Janet is also amazing, she is very patient, kind and took me through all the options on the vehicle. I had an exceptional customer experience and I really recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to switch to this brand or continue their loyalty to them. I am writing this review out of pure frustration regarding the service department at Coventry North. I purchased my 2025 Range Rover Sport HSE here and also invested in an exclusive windshield protection plan and an additional protection package. About 10 days ago, a 12" crack appeared on my windshield. Since then, I have been calling and emailing the dealership almost every single day to get this resolved. During my first call, the representative actually tried to deny that I had the windshield protection plan, despite the fact that it is clearly listed on my Bill of Sale. To make matters worse, the situation has escalated due to temperature changes, and a second crack has now formed. I have expressed to the staff multiple times that I do not feel safe driving the vehicle in this condition, yet I have been told on two separate occasions that it is "fine" to keep driving. Having to drive a brand-new, premium vehicle that is visibly damaged is both embarrassing and unacceptable. Furthermore, I cannot even take the car for a wash for fear that the pressure will cause the windshield to shatter completely. I expected a far higher level of care and accountability when purchasing from this dealership. I am currently left with a damaged, unsafe, and dirty vehicle while being given the runaround regarding the protection plan I already paid for.

My experience at Coventry was 10/10 from start to finish. Daniel is the most comprehensive and thorough sales professional I've ever encountered at a dealership and it was a pleasure to work with him. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative making the experience truly satisfying. Management gave me a great deal on my trade-in, which made the deal easy to close. Janet's handover of the vehicle included a detailed run-through of all the functionality, which proved extremely helpful and that extra effort in education allowed me to become comfortable immediately upon sitting in the driver seat.
