# Summary The dealership receives strong praise from most customers for friendly, attentive sales staff who provide efficient service and make the purchasing experience stress-free. However, one customer documented severe ongoing vehicle quality issues and alleged management failures to address repeated mechanical problems and accountability concerns.
Gavin was such a great help in finding my XT6 and made sure I left a happy customer. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future for all my purchases. Thank you for being so nice and not treating me like a number like some dealership sales people I’ve dealt with in the past at other places have made me feel like. Truly says something about someone even after a purchase has been made. So thank you for that kindness it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Update coming. Service director reached out. I am documenting my experience with my 2025 CT5-V, which is now a formal Texas DMV Lemon Law case. While my Service Advisor, Jennifer Martinez, has been absolutely amazing maintaining constant communication and being the only person here who seems to care. The vehicle’s quality and the total lack of leadership have been unacceptable. The Mechanical Timeline (All Facts): Sept 2025: Issues began almost immediately with a broken spark plug. Nov 2025 - Jan 2026: Recurring Cylinder 6 misfires. After multiple visits, a porosity issue in the cylinder head was found to be leaking oil into the spark plug tube, requiring a full cylinder head replacement. Jan 2026: Immediately following the head replacement, the OnStar module (K73) suffered an internal failure, leaving the car in the shop for nearly another month. Feb - March 2026: The engine suffered a catastrophic failure (bearing material found in the oil), requiring a full engine replacement and two new turbochargers. March 24-25, 2026: I picked the car up Tuesday after the engine swap. Within 24 hours, it was back in the shop. What was called a 'simple alignment' is now a complete steering gear failure. Returning a car with failing steering after a major engine overhaul is a massive safety red flag. Management & Loaner Experience: I want to be clear that I am grateful for the fact that I have always been provided with a loaner vehicle. However, I am paying for a Cadillac CT5-V Series Twin Turbo one of Cadillac’s premier performance vehicles not a standard loaner car. I have spent 114+ days of my 8 months of ownership paying for a car I cannot drive. Leadership Failures: The most frustrating part has been the lack of professional accountability from leadership Avoidance: On Feb 4th, I went in person to speak with the GM (Mario) or Service Director (Nathan). I was instead directed to Joe Joseph (General Sales Manager) regarding 'repurchase options.' He never returned my call, and GM eventually denied my buyback despite these facts. The 'Email-Only' Director: Nathan has sent emails but has never once acknowledged me in person or stepped out to speak with me on the service drive, despite the severity of these failures. Policy over People: Despite the 4 months of shop time, I was still made to pay for a tire on a loaner vehicle. While I understand the policy, I expected a simple goodwill gesture given the catastrophic engine failure I've endured. If you value safety and leadership accountability, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Adam Rizo (Sales professional) was extremely helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Was in the dealership for less than 3 hours with his help—quick and easy approval. Highly recommend it to anyone who has a certain budget. He will get you right! Thank you Adam for all your amazing help
