Terra is the best salesperson I’ve had (out of a couple dozen vehicles). Dialed in my wants/needs fast and didn’t waste time. I’ve looked at jeeps for about 20 years and always end up buying something else. She finally got me in one…that I love! She offered to sit between my two crying, cranky kids for the test drive. Could answer any technical/mechanical question I threw at her. It’s been a week, and has followed up twice. Overall the dealership experience was a great one, even their finance guy was pretty cool. I will definitely be returning when I need another. If you’re in the market, Terra is definitely the person to see!

Overall, a very good buying experience, and most of that credit goes to Zaid. He was friendly, responsive, and communicated well throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes get complicated, especially when management and all the behind-the-scenes negotiations get involved, but Zaid stepped in multiple times to keep things moving and ultimately saved the deal more than once. Covert offered a great price, worked with me over the phone, and delivered on the value they promised. That said, some of the traditional dealership tactics and back-and-forth with management felt a bit outdated and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. If you’re shopping at Covert, ask for Zaid. He made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother, and his customer service is the reason I’m leaving happy. Great prices, great salesperson, but there’s definitely room for management to modernize the buying process.

Awesome car buying experience I've ever had. Hammad was very informative and insightful about the Pacifica. Went in to trade my 2021 Durango for a 2025 Pacifica. Grateful for Scott and Jessica in Finance for making a deal happen with the lenders which was a challenge. I wasn't going to leave today with a car but Hammad, Scott and Jessica made the experience so easy for me to agree on trading my durango.
