Started out great, willing to hold the car until we figured out financing. Some concern about tires and asked specifically. No honesty, no integrity-two of the tires aren't holding air once we got it home. I suspect they filled them for test drive and pickup and crossed their fingers. UPDATE: She indicated she did call you, you said that 17 psi was dangerous and she shouldn't drive on it. 2 tires had dry rot and have been replaced.
The whole experience was amazing!. I’ll never go to another body shop ever again! Regan is very informative and the rest of the employees are very nice and respectful. Not to mention they do amazing work !
