I have been to many Toyota's and they were okay, but yesterday for the second time I went to the Toyota in Cowansville and let me tell you that from the moment you walk in, you get greeted with a big smile and a hello. The staff is so great that you feel at home. The staff is very courteous, friendly, patient, professional and very helpful. I was served by Amy Shaw and let me tell you she was very patient answered all my questions & put me at ease with all my worries. Amy went out of her way for me and I sincerely appreciate Amy and all the great staff I have found a new home for my car, thanks to all the wonderful staff. Thank you 😊
