It was non-confrontational and when they give you the price, you feel pretty darn good about the price. My wife was wanting a pink or purple Jeep Wrangler. We found one on Cowboy Dodge’s website and went there to look at it, unfortunately it was at their sister dealership and had to be checked over and serviced. Kayla helped us wonderfully through the whole process and kept us informed of what was going on with it (needed new shocks which were on back order). She went to the other dealership and picked it up, got it detailed at their dealership and we went there to test drive and bought it on the spot as they had it priced very well.
