# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable and accommodating sales staff who create a stress-free buying experience, though customer satisfaction varies significantly when it comes to service department practices and warranty claim handling. While some customers report excellent interactions with specific staff members and satisfaction with their vehicles, others have experienced frustration with unexpected charges, warranty processing inconsistencies, and concerns about vehicle condition upon delivery.
There’s a smell in the car that I don’t know where it’s coming from maybe a window or something was left open while it was raining, but after cleaning the car out, I’m really pleased. Also, the car says that it’s supposed to have seat warmers and the steering wheel Also, they can’t seem to find it? Overall, I’m pleased with the Chevy trailblazer and he can’t beat the price. I am very pleased.
I had a great experience working with Noah S. He was very laid back and never put any pressure on me throughout the process. He gave me plenty of time to look over and inspect the vehicle on my own, while always being available if I had any questions. He was accommodating to my requests, easy to work with, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. 10/10!
We had a great experience buying a new Yukon here with Noah. He was very patient (even shopping with our kids), knowledgable and overall made the transaction as easy as possible for us. We are very happy!
I purchased my truck only four months ago and invested approximately $5,000 in an extended warranty to protect myself from unexpected repair costs. Recently, the check engine light came on, so I brought the vehicle in for service. When I dropped the truck off, the check engine light was illuminated, and when I picked it up, the light was off, clearly indicating that some type of repair or corrective action had been performed. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, I was charged $160 for the repair. To add insult to injury, I paid the bill with my GM credit card and was charged an additional 3.5% processing fee simply for using the card associated with the brand of vehicle I drive. What is even more frustrating is that I was told that if the check engine light comes back on and I have to return the vehicle, they would then refund the $160 and process the repair under the warranty. This makes absolutely no sense to me. If the issue was serious enough to warrant a refund and warranty coverage if it reappears, then why was it not processed under the warranty in the first place? That is exactly why I paid $5,000 for the extended warranty. As a customer, I should not have to wait for the same problem to occur a second time before receiving the benefits I have already paid for. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poor customer service. Customers who invest thousands of dollars in extended warranty coverage should not be subjected to unnecessary charges or forced to hope that a problem happens again before the warranty is honored.
David “OG” Goodwin, Mike Coyle, and Louis in the warranty department made this new purchase great. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a dealership.
