I just bought a car here about 2 weeks ago from John Horner and had a super great experience. I love my new car and definitely loved my experience with John, he was super helpful, fun, and didn’t give you that typical sales man experience where you feel rushed, pressured, or that you’re just another sale. Walking in, I honestly didn’t expect everything to come together so quickly and smoothly—but it truly did. Brad, my sales associate, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to ask all the right questions and really listened to what I was looking for. At first, I was considering a Nissan kick, but I wasn’t completely sold on it. Brad suggested I take a look at the Nissan Rogue Platinum instead—and the moment I stepped inside, I fell in love. After a quick test drive, I knew it was the one. What really surprised me was how fast everything moved—in the best way possible. Within 15–20 minutes, we were already making things happen. Brad made the entire process feel easy and exciting, not overwhelming. He walked me through every feature of the car in detail, helped me download the app, and explained everything it offers. Every question I had, he answered with confidence and patience. Truly, Brad—you are an outstanding salesman! The general manager Francisco was also fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight to the point. He made the process feel seamless and even had me ring the bell to celebrate my purchase, which made the moment feel so special. And I can’t forget in the finance department Jonathan wow he was the icing on the cake. Professional, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. He explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made me feel completely comfortable, like I’d known him for years. As a first-time car owner, this experience meant everything to me. From start to finish, the service was absolutely phenomenal. I traded in my Mercedes-Benz because I needed a new vehicle, and the entire process was handled with such professionalism, patience, and care. My sales associate, BENJAMIN, was outstanding. He took his time with me, explained every detail clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. There was never any pressure or forcing me into decisions, just honest guidance and genuine support. A huge thank you as well to his manager, ROBERT, who helped sign off on everything and ensured the deal was smooth and fair. Together, they made sure I received the best value for my trade-in and that I understood every step of the process. I recently purchased a 2026 Rogue Dark Armor from Crabtree Nissan in Middlebury and had the most wonderful experience. I started my search at Danbury Nissan but couldn't reach a number we both agreed on. I was offered $1000 for my trade in which I was happy with, but was told that it wasn't possible to stack any rebates on top of the 0% financing that was happening. After the salesman asked for the number that would make it a "done deal", we still went back and forth and apparently the best they could do was $1500 above the number I gave. So I went to Crabtree Nissan that night, offered them the same number, and it was accepted in 30 seconds. They gave me the same amount for my trade and a $2000 rebate stacked on top of the 0% financing. Bobby, Brad, and Armand made us feel so welcome. The whole experience was stress-free and so quick, it was amazing I highly recommend the Crabtree team and would go back in a heartbeat.

Hear me out. I’m not one to write reviews. Here goes though. I stopped by Crabtree Nissan in Middlebury just to look around, truly just browsing, no intention of making any big decisions. But then I met John Horner, and I’m really glad I did. John was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely knowledgeable. It never felt like a sales pitch or pressure to buy. He walked me through the cars, answered every question and I had many and then actually showed me how upgrading could make financial sense. Honestly the way he explained things made Nissan feel like a luxury experience without the luxury price tag. I’m lovin it! I told him I’d need to talk to my wife first (she makes all the final decisions, I just carry the keys), but after speaking with John I’m seriously considering coming back sooner than planned. I’ll probably bring her with me next time to see if she ends up falling for a Nissan the way I did :) If you’re even thinking about a new car or just want to learn more, go see John!! I couldn’t make a higher recommendation. I had an unexpectedly great experience. I think you’ll walk out feeling informed, respected, and maybe even a little excited about upgrading… I know I did!
