Excellent customer service at this dealership! Matthew in service is always very welcoming and friendly when checking in my vehicle. Always notes my special requests and is very organized. I sometimes utilize the shuttle, it so convenient and I never have to wait long. The shuttle is always immaculate and Ben is an excellent driver, made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Craig Dunn for their excellent service. Every staff member you encounter is genuinely friendly and professional. I was left with a sour taste and purchased my truck elsewhere a few years ago after dealing with a salesman who will remain nameless...(he's no longer there). I decided to give CDMC a 2nd shot when an MPI claim came up. Man, was I happy with my choice. Not only did my truck come back looking immaculate where the damage had occurred, they went the extra mile and detailed every inch of the interior!!! Body shop kept me up to date with repairs and timeline. Was very pleased with the overall service this time around and will be back for service work in the future!!!
