Hunter was an outstanding salesman. He treated use like family and made sure all the details were taken care of when we bought our Highlander, yesterday. It was also one of the fastest car purchases we have made. At most dealers we are there 4-6 hours, we were done at Crain Chevrolet in about 3 hours. The finance guy, Jason, was also very good, he wasn’t pushy like some finance guys are. Overall, an excellent experience.

I inquired about a vehicle on Facebook that sold. Kaleb Hill was the salesman I reached out too. He then showed me another vehicle, 2018 Camaro SS which was pretty much what me and my girlfriend were looking for. Kaleb went above and beyond for us and helped with negotiations on pricing. He even drove the car 3 hours to us, and filled the tank. Kaleb was genuinely one of the best salesman ive dealt with and made the stress and pain from buying a new car a lot easier. Even hours after delivery gave me a call to check on everything and so far so good! Of course ive not had the car but 24 hours, today is 3-11-26, if I have any issues I will update on here. Scheduled an oil change (just an oil change no tire rotations or anything) at 10:00AM. Sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours before they told me they just started. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment? No respect for people’s time. I do not recommend going if you need a timely oil change.
