Crain Hyundai Of Bentonville

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Crain Hyundai of Bentonville Arkansas on Moberly for warranty or service work. I took my 2022 Hyundai Sonata Limited in on 6/16/26 for a recall and to have a possible oil leak inspected. The following day, I was informed that the leak was coming from the timing chain cover and valve cover and that both repairs would be covered under the powertrain warranty. I was told the vehicle would be ready by Friday. I requested a loaner vehicle but was informed that none were available and that I was ninth on the waiting list. I was also told that my vehicle would likely be completed before a loaner became available. When Friday afternoon arrived and we had not received any updates, we called to check on the status. At that time, we were told the vehicle would not be ready until Tuesday and that there were still no loaner vehicles available. On Tuesday, I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. However, on the way home, I noticed that the check engine light was on a problem that did not exist when I brought the vehicle in. After inspecting the vehicle further, I found that it had not been reassembled properly. Four hose clamps were not secured correctly, and an electrical connector had been left unplugged. This level of workmanship is unacceptable. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication throughout the repair process, and failure to properly reassemble the vehicle raise serious concerns about the quality of service, technician training, and overall management.

What a great experience! Every person that I came into contact with was very polite and made me feel very welcome. John listened when I said that I need a vehicle that I can afford and drive with pride. He made that happen! My son and I enjoyed our visit with Billy while I signed the finance documents. Vanity made sure that we had snacks during our short wait. Top notch dealership! Go see Housley on the hill!

A quick shout out to the team at Crain. Our said person, Sarah T, was a great person to work with. She's not pushy, she was willing to work through multiple options, go through different years on the same model, even different trim packages. She was patient, which is a must for my husband and I. Darin, the sales manager, was incredibly communicative! He kept me up to date on the process from the moment he got the file. And finally Billy, the finance manager! He got us in and out as fast as possible. With all thr documents needed in financing he got us through as quickly as he could. If you need a vehicle, new or used, see them first! You'll be glad you did.

The team at Crain was beyond incredible at assisting my purchase of my first vehicle from start to finish. Mason promptly greeted us when we pulled in and was able to find us an option fitting our budget and car type. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable to proceed in the buying process - not pushy or sales-y at all. Just an honest guy trying to help make the task a little less tedious. Eric who helped with the paperwork and financing made it easy to understand. You can tell he truly loves what he does. The guys out here are honest and we will be reccomending others to purchase at this dealership. They truly listened to what we were looking for.

My husband and I went to Crain Hyundai looking for a 3 row SUV that will have all the features we were looking. As soon as we arrived Hunter immediately helped us showing us a good selection of cars and was answering to all our questions and ensuring we were happy with our choice. Darin was helpful too, with the process, details information and TV. Eric was really polite and gave us a good financial advice about the car payments. We are more than happy with our Telluride 2024, Hunter’s attention, team communication and great service. Thank you so much for making our decision so easy.
