Made the buying experience easy. Roman was a great salesman. It took quite a while to get the title and paperwork I needed to register it. That would be the only thing I wasn’t really happy about. I will enjoy my 2021 Camaro!

My daughter bought a new Hyundai. I Traded in my Hyundai for a used vehicle. All in the Fayetteville, Ar location.The salesman Micheal Sutton was great. In fact every one we spoke with was very upbeat, cheerful and accommodating. Mike Wallace was very helpful. My daughter was hounded by one female in Bentonville, when she booked to view a vehicle online. She was not very pleasant. One thing I didn't realize (and it was not made apparent) when signing for the used vehicle, was that you could choose not to add additional coverage. I ended up signing for and adding additional coverage that was not needed. The used vehicle had a dash light for needing windshield fluid. I would have had to drive back during the week for them to add that. (Not worth the gas, so I bought some) Also noticed the motor cover missing after we had it almost a week. The cleaning details on the vehicles we looked at were very surface only. I think that really needed more detail. I found sucker sticks and pistachios in my vehicle between seats, and deodorant and medicine in storage between the seats. Not sure how long they had it, but it does not feel as clean as it should. Also downloaded the app for the used vehicle and it was already in need of an oil change. Please check all used vehicles thoroughly. Updated the rating to 5, Phil Thompson and Micheal Sutton reached out and got me right back in for a detail and oil change. They are also looking in to the motor cover. Appreciate everything you guys have done. Thank you!

The first vehicle I inquired about turned out to have mechanical issues that I did not want to get involved with. But Ali was great to work with and came up with another vehicle for me that I took home. No waiting three days and then having to meet someone halfway between my house and the dealership, which are two hours apart. We found it, I chose it, they finished detailing, and I left with a full tank of gas. No pressure by anybody and everyone was really friendly. The only knock would be that the coffee earns were empty, but it was late in the day! LOL! I highly recommend these guys. And if you’re looking for a warranty on the vehicle, provide your membership number. You’ll thank me later.

Below, you will see the post that I made back in August 2025 when I bought my Canyon Red (looks orange) ‘25 Santa Cruz XRT. Well, now it’s March 2026 & last month, someone with a serious inability to drive, totaled that beautiful little truck by running into it doing about 80mph. I traded in a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that I was way upside down on & my salesman, Roman Kelley, bent over backwards to provide me with a deal that was short of miraculous. Roman is a well spoken, well mannered young man who is very knowledgeable of the Hyundai brand & never became pushy about the sale, but was always vigilant toward my needs & desires.
