Fantastic service so far. I had to trade in my Hyundai because of repeated issues. Went to go look at the 2025 VW MK8.5 GTI, and ending up leaving with it. I’m impressed with the quality of the vehicle and how great sales were able to work with me. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gage Hilton as my main sales guy and the sales manager, plus Michael the finance manager. I look forward to working with them in the future for services and future vehicles. 🤝😁 P.S. This GTI is literally the PERFECT daily. If you’re looking at a smaller car, don’t get the base! Alex Pockrus @ Crain VW of Fayetteville, was absolutely Amazing and patient. Completely invested in making my experience a Good Experience. From helping me pick cars to test drive to understanding exactly what I was looking for and why. The respect and professionalism the whole team displayed was far greater than ANY experience I've ever had before. The finance team was amazing, I had to come back the next day as the bank was closed by the time I decided what I wanted, but even then they maintained consistent communication and made the whole process reasonably quick and painless. If I had a SINGLE complaint, I feel like the paperwork team could have been more efficient with the time. Being as I had to come back the next day to do all the paperwork Alex said I'd be there 15-20 minutes to wrap things up, finance guy took about an hour and a half. But even with that said, I WILL ABSOLUTELY return to Crain when we are ready to buy the next one. And I have a new experience with a VW. 10/10 loved this experience! Go see Alex!

Been looking for a particular vehicle the last 3 months and one hit their inventory.
