Amazing customer service from start to finish. Ask for Allan, sales and Jesse, financing for help. We were going to drive to Idaho for what we thought was a great deal and they were able to match it. Everything went very smooth. Ended up buying a 2018 Ram 2500 and because he made the mistake of bringing me with him, a Fiat 124 Spider!!! Great day for both of us.

Went in today to upgrade my vehicle and Matt really helped me get a vehicle I loved and could afford!!! Really happy with the service here and Matt was really quick without any of the gun-to-your-head pressure that turns me off of most salespeople. UPDATE: Although the sales side of Crest Auto is amazing and I’m still happy with my vehicle, unfortunately their service side of things left a lot to be desired. A day after I bought the car there was a minor issue with the tire pressure sensor light coming on when the tires were fine. Matt kindly arranged for me to come in to get it checked out and what followed was 6-7 months process of back and forth with the service department and now about a year later the problem is still not fixed. At this point I’ve given up on them as I live out of town and arranging to come up here is just too much of hassle to leave with nothing done to fix the problem.

Edit 9/23/21: I had a radiator issue 3 days before getting ready to go camping and the day after Labor Day. I called and Ricky was able to look at the truck right away. Unfortunately they were unable to diagnose and fix the truck before I left on vacation. They immediately arranged for a rental vehicle. Everything was covered under warranty. No hemming and hawing. Eventhough I was disappointed that the truck had a problem, the staff at Crest went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Service manager is very nice. I was concerned when I bought my car from this dealer, Crest Chevrolet. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have been very helpful to me. This includes the sales people as well as the service manager
