Crest is the best dealership that i have ever done business with. My wife and I were blown away by how much the Lincoln experience stood out from the other dealerships we visited (7 other brands). The facilities are beautiful. The staff is welcoming. Our salesman Bill was endlessly accommodating to my requests and helped locate the exact vehicle i was looking for. Kay and the finance team were communicative and easy to contact. Mr. Fitzpatrick, the owner, made it a point to greet us on each our visits. Everything about Crest was first class and i would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had a seamless, pleasant and professional experience working with Eric. He walked me through everything with patience (even when I changed my mind on color last minute), handled all the insurance and registration details swiftly and even brought the car directly to my home. I'm not the most tech savvy and he showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car (again, with patience while I asked lots of questions). I would 100% do business with them. Best of all, no "car salesman" vibes. 5 stars!

I have always had excellent experience at Crest Lincoln, working both with Rob Nathman in sales, and Jean in service. I have always felt confident with the work in the service department, especially with Jean making sure everything is taken care of for my car and me. She often goes the “extra mile” to satisfy me. Recent service at home was an unexpected, pleasant surprise when a software recall update was required, and performed at my convenience in my driveway! When my car has to go in for service, pickup and delivery of my car is always with courtesy and a smile. For anyone looking to purchase or lease a Lincoln, Crest Lincoln should be on the top of that person’s list!

Crest Lincoln's mobile service team was on time for my appointment and were courteous, friendly, knowledgable and competent. They also performed their job in a timely manner. Jean from Crest's service staff kept me informed via phone what was recommended service for my car and followed up with further communication.
