Crestmont Buick GMC

Hello, i recently purchased a 2026 Buck Envista from Crestmont Buick thru my sales man Chuck Ardary. He was a sincere gentleman throughout the enite transaction. He treated me like a friend rather than just another buyer. I do not, as a rule, like buying a new car, it is painful at best, but he was most kind helpful in every detail. We went there looking at the 2017 GMC Yukon that I had seen online and we met Steve Sharky. He is amazing and listens to everything you say I knew what I was there for and told him nothing else and they had the Yukon ready for a test drive and we went from there. They worked with us and made our dream come true. They gave us an awesome trade on our older high mileage vehicle and that helped. Sharky is awesome and he has made our car buying experience the best!! Also Steve had fidgets for my three boys (9,4,&1) and he played with them while we waited on the paperwork and stuff. He is family based. The boys named the Yukon SHARKY after Steve!

On 5/18/2026, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Charlie Ardary. I previously owned a 2017 GMC Yukon XL and absolutely loved my vehicle, but I was in need of an upgrade due to life changes. I've been eyeing the 2025 and 2026 models of the same vehicle online, but those pictures and descriptions are overwhelming. So, my family and I, went to Crestmont GMC in Beachwood, Ohio to browse and potential drive away in a newer vehicle. Charlie met me and my family at the door and welcomed us with open arms. He was very attentive to what are requests were and he was able to match those requests with the "perfect" vehicle. He brought up a 2026 GMC Yukon XL Elevation Series, and we all noticed its presence. We all were very impressed with the vehicle from first sight. The test drive was beyond superb. So eventually, we all came to an agreement with the trade-in, price, and payment plan that suits are needs. Also, I was able to utilize my Miliary Customer Appreciation incentive towards my purchase. Charlie had delivered a clean, gassed up vehicle ready for us to take home. Beforehand, he personally went over all of the upgraded features of my new 2026 Yukon XL, Elevation Series. Some I knew about such as the Super Cruise, Hands Free driving and automatic drive modes. Others, I didn't know about such as the adjustable interior console to allow more room within the cabin. I waited for hours for a diagnosis only to leave without one and was asked for my CC info and they would charge me at that time. They called later with it, charged me $199 for the diagnosis and sent me an estimate of over $4,600 to repair. The code C0616 was thrown. I took my truck to my normal auto mechanic with the diagnosis who quoted me $2,600 to perform the repairs based on the dealership diagnosis. A significant difference. Upon performing the work my mechanic found the right rear parking break actuator (bolted to the caliper) was cracked right by the connector so it wouldn't learn. If this had been repaired it would have fixed the issue for approx. $250. He felt terrible that he replaced everything based off the dealership diagnosis when this would have fixed the issue. He shared with me there was NO WAY they could have come to their diagnosis without finding this issue first. This caused me great concern about the integrity of the dealership so I will never solicit them again. My mechanic provided me a video of what he found to demonstrate the error in advance but I am unable to upload it due to the format.

Our salesman Steve Sharkey was fantastic. Very attentive, and very easy to work with. Very comfortable atmosphere at this dealership. From salesman to finance, a great car buying experience. Give them a try if you’re in the market for a new or used car.
