Buying a vehicle here is overall a good experience. It’s after the purchase is when the service is among the worst I’ve experienced. A year or so after we purchased a Jeep Cherokee Altitude the battery needed to be replaced. I accept that, things happen and battery was under warrantee. Just one of the battery’s were replaced even though it’s recommended by manufacturer both be replaced. A year and a half later again car won’t start. Always plugged in during cold weather. Battery has 2 year warrantee on it, however this time we were told it was not covered because battery was frozen, it had expanded and was no good. The cost to replace both battery’s was over $1000 + Tax. After multiple conversation with service manager we decided to take Jeep somewhere else to get fixed that was a little over $700 taxes included. Upon taking to another shop they tested both batteries which I will add pictures of both physical battery and pictures of the test. I absolutely don’t believe the batteries were ever taken out of the jeep to be inspected, they’re under the seat and tough to get to and very difficult to get a good look at them without taking them out. Unfortunately it’s places like this that make a guy lose trust when taking a vehicle to get worked on. Also, when we purchased vehicle I work out of town and wife is shift work. We were told anytime our vehicle was being worked on, a courtesy vehicle would be provided. Not a chance, never happens. This place is a joke, I would suggest anywhere else but here… Attached are pictures of “mis-shaped” “expanded” batteries and the battery test performed by new shop. They also charged me $235.00 before taking vehicle to new shop. Again, don’t walk. RUN away from this place ! To your reply…I reached out to your Service manager weeks ago, his last reply was The Manager would give me a call to discuss this matter. Like I said 2 weeks later, still no call…imagine my surprise.

I have recently purchased a used truck from Caitlyn Stenberg. She was awesome to deal with—very knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. My life is currently very busy, and I honestly don't have much free time to shop for a vehicle. Caitlyn went out of her way and brought the truck to me on a Saturday for a test drive.
