# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise for its sales and service staff, with customers highlighting friendly, patient representatives who provide transparent guidance without aggressive sales tactics. However, one customer reported severe vehicle defects including engine problems, oil consumption issues, and fuel line concerns that resulted in over 52 days of repairs and ultimately left them dissatisfied with the brand despite the dealership's service efforts.
I purchased a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer expecting reliability and safety. Instead, I experienced repeated low oil warnings, excessive oil consumption, engine smoke, ESC/stalling concerns, steering assist/manual steering override warnings, and eventually a complete engine replacement. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was the poorly documented onset of the oil consumption issue early on. Concerns regarding low oil and abnormal consumption were not properly documented initially, which ultimately resulted in numerous repeat trips back to the dealership. There were also instances where the oil level was reportedly stated to be full, only for warning messages and low oil conditions to continue shortly afterward. Despite a complete engine replacement, the issues continued. A faulty fuel line/fuel hose concern was later identified after the engine replacement, raising additional safety concerns and leaving me questioning why related components were not properly addressed during such a major repair. My vehicle spent more than 52 documented days out of service with multiple loaner vehicles provided throughout the repair process. One of the most alarming moments involved fuel-related concerns combined with ongoing warning messages that genuinely left me fearful for my safety while operating the vehicle. I documented repair attempts, dealership visits, communications, videos, photos, and escalation efforts through GM Customer Assistance, BBB AUTO LINE, and additional consumer channels. Despite the extensive repair history and supporting documentation, a buyback resolution was ultimately not approved through the BBB process due to a mileage eligibility issue, not because the defects did not exist. This experience has been financially, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. Based on my experience, I would not encourage anyone to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle. My advice to consumers: document everything from day one, including repair orders, mileage, warning messages, videos, emails, and loaner agreements.
This was the first purchase we've made at a Chevy dealership and it was a great experience. Our salesman David Eller was fantastic. No hard sales push. He showed us what we were interested in and then gave us all of the information we needed to make our decision. We love our new Chevy Trax and will most likely be back in the future. The staff was all super friendly.
Both my wife and I purchased two cars from Chevy Crews in the last month and both experiences were phenomenal. During both of our visits we worked with the same crew who made this such a quick and easy experience. Our salesman Cameron was very helpful in showing us the inventory that fit our needs (and budget). We also traded in two cars in the last month and Andrew was really great in helping us through that trade in process. We also worked with Joe in finance who took the time to walk us through all of the different options we had and was patient as we decided which one would be best for us. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and I will always recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car!
Derek was my sales person and did an amazing job for me! He helped with my trade in, make sure I received great financing, and was a joy to work with! Joe in finance was also exceptional! He walked me through all of the different options and explained things thoroughly! It was a great experience!
Great customer service. Deb was awesome To deal with. We had 4 tires, alignment and new sway bar links done. Repairs were done in a reasonable time. Our two day trip back to Oklahoma will be a lot smoother.
