I have bought and owned Subarus in three different states including at the largest and busiest dealership in the country. I can tell you that hands down the personalized attention, kindness and family oriented nature of Crews Subaru is unparalleled. Over the last several years I have come know the people who not only sell cars, but also live in our community, provide services beyond their work at tye dealership and make you feel that they are part of the community as well. You don't feel pressure, you feel kindness. You feel that there is a friend on the other side of that table who wants to help you get the car you want without trying to get a few extra dollars from your wallet. I have just been so thrilled. I even traded in a luxury car to them years ago because I just missed my Subaru experience so much. Here's to a long term relationship that continues! I bought my new Subaru from Crews in 2022 and have had it serviced there since. Service has always been easy and everyone there is professional, but this last time, my husband took it, noticed my dirty tires and swiped his finger across one. It's a good thing he did because when they were "all done" with the oil change and tire rotation, he noticed that the same tire had not been moved... He called them out, they admitted the mistake and quickly rotated my tires, but it made me wonder how many times this could have possibly happened to me or anyone in the past.

My husband and I just had the most pleasant buying experience ever purchasing our new Subaru at Crews Subaru, No. Charleston. Everyone we came in contact with was eager to help and make the best of our time. We love our new Forester and look forward to a long term relationship with the dealership.
