Crippen Volvo Cars

Thanks to the wonderful guidances from Bryan and Chad at Crippen Cars we took advantage of the Volvo Overseas Delivery program and could not recommend it strongly enough! We worked through Crippen to pick out our vehicle to the exact specifications we wanted and then they put us in touch with the Volvo representative. From there, Volvo worked with us to schedule 2 round trip flights to Sweden and back for my wife and I. While there, they paid for a night in the hotel, as well as 2 meals while we were there. They also picked us up at the airport in a Volvo and drove us to our hotel. While in Sweden, they brought us through the Volvo plant where our XC90 was produced, showing us the entire process of how the vehicle is created. This all culminated with them taking us into a showroom where our new XC90 was waiting for us! We received a complete walkthrough of the vehicle and features from a Volvo rep. We could have driven it for a week or so in Sweden, but chose not to. It was a fantastic trip!! Not to mention…the vehicle is actually CHEAPER if you order it this way. We will definitely be going back to Crippen Cars again!

Sales Manager and Staff worked closely and patiently with me to find the right car and price. Ive owned Volvos since 1989 and was treated with expected respect. I can highly recommend Crippen Volvo for professional and competent experience, on top of a first class car!

When I made the service appointment I clearly told the gentleman I spoke with that I needed an oil change and a couple of other items checked. After a (3) hour wait, I got an oil change & tire rotation & was told to make another appointment for the items that I wanted checked. The reason that the technicians couldn’t accommodate me was apparently they were working on doing “recalls” on another brand’s vehicles! The technician also failed to put a sticker on stating mileage and date as to my next appointment? When I made the appointment, the dealership knew that they had vehicles needing “recall” work & should have scheduled me accordingly!!

I called to complain about my window tint be scratched and peeled after a oil change appointment. It appears the technician scratched and peeled the tint while peeling the service sticker off. They do not want to admit fault but they did not mention the tint being damaged before leaving with my truck. There is also two other tears that they covered with the new service sticker. Waited over a week for a response from the service manager Brandi. She said she cant help me. I know there was nothing wrong with my tint before this. I will never use there services again.

The Crippen Volvo service department has very good customer service and takes excellent care of my Volvo. They inspect my car and if a manufacturers service recommendation isn’t needed yet, they let me know that. They let me know what service is needed and always do a great job. They also just gave me a brand new Mazda CX90 as a loaner car for the weekend when my service wouldn’t be completed by the end of the day. Highly recommend Crippen Volvo.
