Criswell is about 800 miles away from me. I was looking for a 2026 2500hd LT with certain options. I search the web for about a month and finally found the truck but it was in Maryland. I live in northern Illinois. Chris Bruce called me and wasn’t the typical salesman. Not only was the price right but he answered any questions I had and even explained the buying/shipping process cause I’m out of state. After the conversion I hung up feeling good but still continued my search local just cause iv never purchased a new truck like that. After about a week of dealing with shady salesman from local and non local dealerships I called chris back and moved forward with the process. Within 10 days I had the truck in my driveway. I couldn’t be happier with the buying experience. I spoke with chris and a few other guys at criswell Chevy to finalize the deal. I give them all a 10 overall with communication and professionalism. I would definitely purchase my next new vehicle through these guys!

I worked with Darren Meyers as my salesman and he was great! Very responsive and helped me every step of the way! Mike was great for answering questions and Michelle in finance was fantastic at breaking the protection packages down. She also helped me beat my banks interest rate by allot which allowed me the ability to purchase the extended bumper to bumper warranty! Overall it was my best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a very receptive team who will help streamline the entire process and get you a great deal!

Recently brought in a vehicle for an electrical camera issue that was caused by a previous service at same dealership. Was told the following: 1. I have a water leak that could be causing the problem. 2. A a window replacement was needed at a cost of $1300 3. Estimate to diagnose camera problem was $1000 4. Estimate for all services could be up to $3650 5. Advised to go to my insurance company. Why? Remember that this problem started after previous repair was done at same dealership. I declined service and brought vehicle home. I found no water leak and no evidence of any previous leak. After a hard day of rain I checked again and found no water leak. I spend a little over 5 minutes before I found two electrical connections that were not connected. I connected these and everything worked fine. The technicians took zero effort into finding an actual problem and thought their best option was to create a very high estimate for unneeded services. I am very disappointed with this service department. Also, on a previous visit it was recommended that they add a diesel additive during the service. My vehicle is a gasoline engine. In two visits I was met with lies and incompetence. DO BETTER CHRISWELL!!! Update to review: On Feb 19th I spoke to Sue Folsom. She was very nice and seemed interested in a better resolution. Here are the interesting points from that phone conversation: 1. She had no idea who I was or the review that was posted. The reply was a system generated response and not a genuine response to the message. 2. She listened to the problem and agreed that this should not have happened and had my records on her screen during the call. 3. She promised to speak with the manager of the dealership and not the service manager and then call me back with a resolution. 4. It is March 4th and there has been no follow up call by Sue or anyone at Chriswell.
