Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Of Woodstock

We recently bought a tradesman 3500 Diesel Ram from Criswell. We had already been to another dealership that day and were not planning on stopping here. I was already over truck shopping when my husband wanted to check here as well. I have to admit that every person we came into contact with was pleasant. It was raining that day so not many staff on the lot, but someone I think from the maintenance building saw us and came out to see if we needed help with anything. He hopped in with us and directed us around to the main building so we could speak with a sales person. I've been car shopping before, and they always ask a million questions just to test drive a vehicle. But here they had the truck pulled around in no time and just needed a copy of our license. Once we got back they gave us plenty of room to talk amongst ourselves. I won't go into all the details but we were there for like 5 hours in total from test driving to leaving with the truck. In all that time dickering I never felt pressured or felt like Zach or Mothana (the manager) were frustrated with us. I can't overstate how pleasant they made the experience which is big coming from me. Remember I was not in the mood to start with, dickering is exhausting but by the end I gave them both a hug because I was grateful for their time and energy through the process. The only negative was the guy we had for financing and paperwork. He was not pleasant. I think maybe because it was near closing time, but at one point I almost asked him if he had a problem. He also gave us a terrible interest rate, considering we both have credit scores in the 800s. After I called another bank to see their rates, he somehow found a better rate and we ended up 2% less than what he originally had. Overall I think of your shopping for a vehicle look for Zach and Mothana to help you out!

A quick review for my 2026 RAM 1500 purchase experience today with Criswell CJDR. After much research and comparison of dealerships from Hagerstown to Madison all the way over to the DC area, I found Criswell priced very competitively with no hidden agenda. They were VERY transparent and completely honest- and trust me, this is NOT common. Austin Vernazza was our sales rep who went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we were properly educated on the vehicle, answered any and all questions, very personable, and most of all made the overall experience feel nonstressfull. Austin even gave a snack to our 6yr old that was counting down the minutes past lunch. Overall the experience here was much better than competitor's. I highly recommend anyone who's in the market to contact and ask for Austin. 10/10 recommend 👌

Just got a new Ram from here. They were very helpful, and not pushy at all. Dillon was a great salesman who helped me find exactly what I was looking for, so I didn’t have to compromise on anything. They were quick with processing everything. They got the truck cleaned up, gassed up, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be buying all my vehicles from them going forward.

The staff is the best. I have worked with Marco and his manager twice. Both times have been great experiences and I can’t say enough good things about them. They genuinely care and go out of their way to help their customers. They are exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. They are quick to resolve issues and were thorough in explaining things to me. Vehicle issues are never fun, but at least here it was a positive experience and fixed correctly. I highly recommend to anyone!

Shout out to Mothana, Dillon, and Sam for a fantastic experience. I drove from South Jersey to purchase my new RAM here because they were straightforward right from the beginning.
