Crivelli Chevrolet

We were on a road trip passing through Pennsylvania and broke down on I-76. We had a simple issue but needed a tow and a mechanic. After calling around and losing a day searching, we were recommended Crivelli Chevrolet. Brian and the staff were kind to our situation, welcoming, and did everything in their power to help us. They helped us get a rental and fast tracked getting our truck fixed. Brian checked on us multiple times and ensured we were comfortable and taken care of. We are very thankful that we found them during a stressful situation.

I lost my keys, talked to Josh. I had my car towed, the gentleman in parts all took good care of me. Liz I believe in service was great. I really appreciate how quickly the team worked in getting my car done and back to me asap. Therefore the lady at the checkout desk not so kind, instead of referring to me - her customer by name , she called me " the key lady." She was rude and couldnt answer any of my questions.

The sweet girl at the desk gave me the WIFI info so I could work while I waited. All staff, from beginning to end were friendly, welcoming and informative. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was here last month to get my car inspected because I thought it was free since I bought my car there. At checkout, I was told that oil changes are free, not inspections (okay, my fault, no big deal). So fast forward to this month & I needed an oil change so I made an appointment here. At checkout, the SAME WOMAN who told me they were free a MONTH AGO says that’ll be $102.77… I’m like wait what? I thought they were free since I bought my car here? & she says oh no, that’s only the first one… so I paid over $100 for an oil change that I could have easily paid half the price for elsewhere AND they didn’t even rotate my tires because they’re brand new…. Definitely will NEVER buy another car here again.

Back during deer season I hit a patch of black ice and slammed into a tree damaging my left rear quarter panel. I called around and most body shops didn't want to deal with my insurance company. I called A. Crivelli's collision shop and talked to Andrea. My truck was drivable so I stopped by and she assessed the damage and ordered the needed parts. Once all the parts came in I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and got a text Friday morning that it was ready. The team there did a fantastic job on my truck, not only does my truck look new, but they washed it as well and it looks amazing.
