Drove 14 hours from the snowy Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan to pick up a steal of a deal on a beautiful 2025 GMC Sierra 1500. Emma was excellent communicating from the start and set everything up for a painless experience. These folks even added on the blackout package for me on request and got the job done quickly. Austin knocked it out of the park with finalizing the deal, even going as far to secure a lower interest rate than the bank financing had offered. These are the kind of folks I'd like to have a beer with, very friendly and personable the whole way through. I walked in at 9am and drove away around noon with the truck of my dreams! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday, February 13th, 2026 at the West Harrison, IN location. Matthew, who works in the service department, was very polite, friendly, and professional. He provided excellent customer service. The oil change was done in a timely manner. The waiting area was very nice, clean, and the accommodations were great. In addition, the car salesman who sold me my car, Otto, was working. I said hello to him and he also was very polite, friendly, and professional. I am very happy with the service provided to me. 5 star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just bought my Chevy equinox from Cronin Chevrolet and had the best time. Everyone from the sales guys, Andrew and Gary, the manager, Tyler, all the way to the business manager Shiloh were amazing to work with! They were easy to work with, super friendly and Andrew was fantastic and easy to be around. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I will definitely recommend them to friends looking for a new vehicle!

Bought my first car from them a few weeks ago. The service was great and everyone was nice and had no problem explaining things. They made for a great first experience.

service guy was not very friendly. I was not told that tire rotation was no longer free with oil change. When i was checking out, I have the maintenance plan on my new car that i bought at Cronin right after it changed hands, so it was a Herlinger car but not when i bought it. Couldn't find that my car had this plan, made me feel stupid like i didn't know what i was talking about. That i didn't know when i bought my car or from where. He was not apologetic when it was figured out that i did have the maintenance plan, was just well next time let us know when you come in you have it. The other guy on loan from the Ford dealership was nice when he looked up my plan. Please train your people that women do know what the hell they are talking about. Don't know if that was the problem or not. If i did not have the maintenance warranty i might go somewhere else.
