# Summary The dealership receives praise from most customers for knowledgeable staff, exceptional service, fair pricing, and stress-free purchasing experiences, with particular recognition for team members who go above and beyond. However, one customer reported a significantly negative experience involving what they perceived as an attempted upsell of unnecessary diagnostics and poor vehicle preparation after service work.

The service and care at Cross Jeep Chrysler is phenomenal!!! Tyler & Rick make things happen and are the best around. Since the Saturday before Christmas 2025, I've been able to build out our Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X to where it is today without any hiccups. Tyler is super knowledgeable and provides valuable insight on what will and won't work for the applications I'm using the Jeep for. I will definitely be coming back for some more work to be done in the Fall.

I had a great experience at Cross Jeep dealership in Louisville. Found the exact car I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. Ask for Nakiya. There was never any pressure. He made the process stress free and really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Big kudos to Mark (Finance) and Jeff (Manager) as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had my 4xe jeep wrangler worked on because the hybrid battery stopped working. At the same time that happened the air stopped working so I looked it up and turns out the AC runs off the hybrid battery. Took me 2 seconds to look that up and figure that out. My advisor messages me the next day to inform me that to rule out any other issue with the air they have to do an evac and check Freon levels and that test isn’t covered under my warranty… and would cost around $700. I send her screen shot after screen shot showing what I researched about the AC and the battery and she still is saying well it’s just part of having to rule it out. I had to tell her like 4 times I did not want them to test for that. She finally says okay we’ll take the AC concern off the diagnostic. Almost two weeks later she tells me that yes it is the hybrid battery that needs to be replaced. About a month after dropping my car off she messages me back and says “ Hey, we just got finished with the second test drive vehicle is operating as designed AC is also blowing cold right now so it looks like it was related to the battery not operating correctly.” You don’t say. So you tried to take advantage of me and charge me $700 for nothing. I was just going to let it all go until when I went to pick up my jeep I go to get in and there is dog hair everywhere!!!! The former owner must have had a husky or something because when I first got the car last summer, I had to have it detailed because of the hair. Not a big deal at the time. So I called the manager the next day and he said “yeah the technician did say there was a lot of dog hair under the seat when he lifted it up to replace the battery.” So you’re telling me your solution to that was to take a leaf blower and blow it all over the car???? And not clean it up to the condition it was when dropped off. Since I was already on the phone with him, and I’ll admit a little ramped up about the dog hair, I told him about the girl trying to charge me $700 and he says “ she is just the messenger and doesn’t know those sort of things”. So you’re telling me you told her to say that to me then. You work at Jeep Cross and don’t know the AC in the hybrid jeeps run off the hybrid battery. The alternative is, you knew and wanted to pocket $700. DO BETTER. Quit trying to take advantage of people… and take care of someone who just bought a car off your lot less than a year prior. Note: I don’t ever write reviews… but people need to know this stuff is happening. This is why car people and dealerships get a bad name.

Our experience here was absolutely nothing short of fantastic. We worked with Chase as our sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He sent us detailed pictures and video of the vehicle because we’re out of state. We drove from Michigan to pick up a very specific Jeep. When we arrived, the jeep was detailed and absolutely immaculate. We noticed a couple of minor things mechanically and they worked with us extremely well. I was worried about not being able to inspect it thoroughly underneath because I know how some people drive and treat their Jeeps, But they even took extra measures and worked with us on that To set my mind at ease. Mark the finance manager made the paperwork process extremely simple and he was just as friendly as Chase. I don’t think I could possibly recommend a dealership more and I don’t think I have ever had an even remotely comparable experience at any other dealership and that’s saying a lot because I’ve owned about 20 different vehicles over the last 15 years.

Update: Cross Motor did honor their word and took care of my AC issue when I rolled off their lot after buying my dream AMW Jeep. AC Plug damage issue and fixed 8 days later by another dealer. "Bellona" war-in' around town at a 100%. Thanks again Mr. Jeff, your a "gentleman and a scholar". If the need comes I will look to do business with Cross Jeep again. [P.s. Pick one of their 2-door Jeeps and definitely get them to build you a AMW425 (aka 5.7 Hemi build).] I arived at Cross Jeep, and I was impressed on the numerous amount of new and clean used Jeeps they had on the lot. I'm sure if you don't see a video on a specific Jeep you want, just show up and pick one out. Cross Jeep Chrysler, what more can I say, but worth the 460 miles 1-way trip. All negotiations, detail inquisitive questions, videos, financial agreement, realtime pictures were handled online and by phone conversations. Thanks to Mr. Jeff's patience and understanding of what the individual customers is wanting and looking for, he knew exactly how to meet my budget needs in just in 1 half day. (Which as a QA inspector, could have been "taxing".) Met few other cordial sales associates, and I believe they are "on par" to Mr. Jeff. After the test drive, associate's walk-through, I was pleased with how clean the 5 year old Jeep looked, almost near new condition. Had one issue that could not be resolved on site, but Jeff assured Cross Jeep would make it right through another Jeep dealer's service. While waiting, I inspected several other used modified Jeeps, some classics on the lot. I was quickly wanting more to take home.
