Bought a 5 year old with 150k truck cam blew 2 months later was told nothing they can do, last time I buy from them! Switching to ford got nothing but attitude from the service desk was told by sales staff they would take care of me then was told to take care of it myself. Buyer of used beware! Get everything in writing! Even asked for a quote and got told we don’t want it, sell a truck refuse to fix it.
Service is great, up front and honest and gives you a heads up on upcoming work. Purchased vehicles from them too and service has been great. Never had any issues.
Sometimes good sometimes you get bad attitudes. Totally cuts me off putting me on hold while im speaking, very rude. I give 1 star🙌
