Great experience. The entire local team treated us great. They made us very comfortable with no pressure to purchase. The deal they presented to us was great and we gladly accepted it.

I've purchased many vehicles the past few years. This was by far the best experience I've had. Gerry the sales person was fantastic. He's funny, professional, knowledgeable and pays close attention to what your wants and needs are. He made sure I had everything I needed to make a decision on my dream truck. The finance manager was awesome as well. It didn't feel like a pressure cooker in his office. We were having casual conversation while also keeping it professional and making sure I understood everything I was signing. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market

I had a fantastic experience with Crossroads in Fuquay Varina. The staff was incredibly responsive and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I live quite far away and had a hard time booking an Uber, so I didn’t arrive until about 8:20pm even though they technically closed at 8pm. To my surprise and gratitude, they patiently waited for me and still welcomed me with a great attitude. The transaction itself was super fast and easy, no stress at all. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a Ford, and was taking it to Crossroads Ford of Fuquay to get oil changes and serviced. In December, the car began making a noise, and my husband made an appointment to get the car check out. We were initially told it had something to do with a manifold disconnect, we were told all of this could be covered under the cars warranty, but we couldn’t make an appointment until January because of a computer system. We were also told this would have no impact on the turbo of the car, and it was safe to drive. The first week of January we called to book an appointment to get the car fixed. February 10th was the soonest we could get an appointment. I took my car in today, and was told there would be a loaner car available while it was being repaired and so on. When I initially dropped the car off I was told the loaner car person was not in until 9, so I caught a ride home and was going to come back later (thankfully I took today off to deal with this hassle!). Around 10, I went back to the dealership and was told the agent wanted to speak to me before I could get my loaner vehicle. In speaking with Linda, she said the parts my car needed were NOT under warranty and I’d essentially be looking at close to a $4,000 part. Thankfully I had the paperwork from the inspection that stated what part they had initially stated was wrong, and in showing her all of the information she directed us to a manager. We got to speak with Marc, and I can’t stress this enough, I’m not a car person, but I’m not stupid. I felt nothing but demeaned sitting in his office. I was explaining what the original diagnosis of the car was, why I was confused it was changing, and no longer under warranty. He then says that the last time the car was brought in the inspection that was done WAS NOT diagnostic. He said maybe this had been booked incorrectly online. I expressed that this was all misleading, because it’s understandable if the appointment made in December was incorrectly booked but in talking with the agent it should have been clear we were searching for a diagnostic evaluation of the car, it even mentioned this in the notes. But we were never told this was incorrect, offered to reschedule or anything. We were told we were getting an inspection done, which we assumed covered what we needed. It was never specified that the inspection was fluids, brakes, and tires (none of the things I was having an issue with). The agent had given us basically a guess of what was wrong with the car and said that fix would be covered under warranty. My issue was never that the part was covered under warranty, but instead being misled step after step of this process and ultimately now being left with a $4,000 part. The entire conversation Marc would just continually point to the paperwork an say “well these parts you were originally quoted were under warranty, but the ones you need are not” and I was asking why I was given the idea that those parts were what the car needed at all if that was the case. Marc continued to speak down to me, and repeating that the parts I needed weren’t under warranty. I rephrased my issue several times in order to address that the parts were not my concern but the business practices that led us to this misleading interaction. At the end of the day nothing was resolved, Marc did give me a number of after warranty assistance, but that was all that came out of this interaction. I was trusting that Crossroads was a reputable place that could take care of my vehicle, but instead I was misled repeatedly, and it does feel like this is because I’m a female, and don’t know much about cars. Marc’s tone and body language made me feel as if I was stupid, and he failed to listen to what the actual problems were. I won’t be returning here for any service because this has shown me how they treat their female customers.
