Jonney from the service department is spectacular! I took my F-150 Lightning to get some recalls fixed, and I did not expect him to show me photos of the fix. To be so quick on ordering the parts and getting them in. Today my truck is done only after a few hours of it being in the shop, and they are delivering it to my home! I have never had such a luxury. I needed to take my Ford Lightning in for a Software Update and Battery Check. When the appointment was made Ashley did a great job by checking to see if they had all the Software available. They kept me updated on the status as well. It is nice to have a Service department that knows how to take care of my Electric Vehicle.

My sales consultant, Adam, was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, which made the experience comfortable and straightforward. Noah in finance was professional, patient, and made everything feel easy and seamless. I traveled over an hour and a half for this vehicle, and it was absolutely worth it.
