I came in looking for a bargain and boy did I find it. The sales team here is incredible. They are unlike any car dealership I have dealt with. I worked with Gerald Wilkins who was extremely professional and kind hearted. He didn't push unwanted sales on me. I told him what I was looking for and he met me there. I had came in looking for a 2025 used explorer and he got me hooked up with a brand new 2026 explorer at an even better price (Ford Employee Pricing Event). He made sure I walked away happy. This team accomplished a sale without badgering, misleading, or tricking you into buying something you can't afford. This team has won a Ford Crossroads customer for life. This was one of the most impressive and enjoyable car purchases I’ve ever done. We live about 2 1/2 hours away, so I did most of the negotiating over the phone, and when I arrived, they had the car ready to go and most of the paperwork as well. One of the first things we noticed when we walked in was Christian music playing over the speakers and friendly smiles on the faces of everyone there.Vic, Ben, and Hubert were amazing. Personable, friendly, and efficient. Will 100% buy from them again.

I took my vehicle to the Ford dealer because I was having issues. The issue was every time I filled up my tank. My engine light will come on well that was one of my issues on top of another issue that they found too make a long story short I paid them close to $2000 to fix my vehicle. My vehicle still not fixed the light still come on when I fill my tank up so they said I needed a new gas tank, but they didn’t tell me that before when they did a diagnostic on my vehicle or else I would’ve just waited or I would’ve got everything done, then when I finally went to pick up my car, I’ve been smelling nothing but gas in my car. A whole Other problem that I didn’t have before I took it to the Ford dealer. I just lost out of money for absolutely nothing. I feel like I should’ve been refunded or at least half my money back being I’m still having issues on top of that. My car smelling like gas. Never again a waste of time, money and energy. How can you be a Ford dealer and I took a Lincoln, which is made by Ford to be fixed and y’all couldn’t even fix the problem. So disappointed

Ben, the saes person was very informative. He took a video of the car and sent to me. He gave me a good price on the vehicle I wanted. In addition , the car was delivered to me. What a great experience! The guys were so friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I could not have asked for a better experience!!!
