Purchased a beautiful 2019 super duty from Crossroads. This place is truly "Doing business with a personal touch" one of the easiest buying experiences I’ve ever had. Shortly after purchasing, The truck started experiencing starting issues. Crossroads brought it into the shop and replaced a notoriously faulty fuel pump under warranty with no questions asked. Will be returning for future business.

Had a great experience at Crossroads Ford. After terrible experiences with Wally's - I was on the lookout for another dealership to buy my next truck. Brett was the guy at the dealership who responded to my online inquiry about a specific Ranger. He was awesome to deal with - answered all my questions, gave me clear pricing, and made the paperwork and pick up process as easy as possible. All while taking a no-pressure approach. It was refreshing to see a dealership act like a partner instead of something that is meant to extract as much money as possible from you. This is the only dealership/mechanic I will let touch my truck. I want to provide my experience. I had an issue with a transmission that was under warranty. I was living in Massachusetts (from this area) and no one would take the truck up in Massachusetts because it was under warranty. Those firms wanted billable hours, which i understand but left me in a tough situation. Crossroads not only did amazing work, but upon picking my truck up notified me that i had a knock in my engine. I explained its ok i still have "x" amount of miles under warranty so I will bring it back. They informed that was true, BUT, the date was approaching within the week that would void the warranty. They kept the truck and fixed the engine knock, again which was under warranty. They could have let me go and brought it back and paid out of pocket. But they did the exact opposite. I work with Sean, who is nothing short of kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Evan who is great as well. But Sean is my guy. I had another issue which left me stranded the other day. They sent their foreman John down to take a look, he got the truck to start, didn't charge me to drive down and help. Within the hour they got me a loaner, the part, and fixed it in the same day. The price to fix it was very fair as well. We are all so quick to point of mistakes in this era, its super important to give praise when a company goes above and beyond in customer service. I will not only be using them exclusively to work on my truck, but plan on buying my next truck from them. Side note, I didn't even buy this truck from them. Yet their honesty and customer service has been AMAZING!!!!!
