Crosstown Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

I recently purchased a new 2025 Ram from Crosstown Motors. The experience was pretty painless. My salesman Asa Pettit was great. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very easy to work with. My last experience buying from a dealership was not great, so it was refreshing to purchase from a staff that is as concerned about the customers follow-up treatment as they are with moving vehicles off the lot. So far the truck has been great. Without a doubt I'll return to this dealership for service and future purchases. Thanks Crosstown.

Steve Northrop, and all the folks at Crosstown Motors, were terrific. They listened to me re what I was looking for, did not try to push something else on me. They brought 2 trucks for me to test drive, and I loved them both. Then Steve explained what an incredible buy the second one was. As well, they offered me a great trade allowance. Steve and the rest of the sales team answered all by questions, showed me how certain features work, etc. They patiently led me through the final paperwork. I’m 71 and have purchased close to 40 vehicles in my life. This experience ranks right at the top. I cannot recommend Crosstown Motors, and Steve Northrop highly enough.
