Can’t speak for the dealership itself but the repair shop has some employees that do not take pride in their work. Had a claim done for my 2019 Ford F-150 a couple months ago due to rodents chewing through some engine wires. They didn’t take the time to re wrap the wires they fixed and charged for “cleaning out battery tray” when they never even touched it. I took the truck back the following day for them to wrap wires “just used electrical tape” and cleaned my battery tray box out. Would have done it myself if they wouldn’t have charged for it in the first place. Fast forward to today while I was replacing my battery, neither positive or negative terminal connectors were tightened back down and just hand tight. After many small things and a bad experience with them I felt the need to actually write a review. If you’re dealing with this repair shop for a claim of any sort I would go elsewhere. People need to take pride in their work and make sure they complete the job right the first time.

This was my first time buying a new car. The car I purchased was a limited edition & wasn’t able to be easily sourced. Gabby & Van both went out of their way to locate the exact model/spec that I wanted. They made the buying process smooth & low stress for me. I got lucky and they had a car that I wanted in transit. Van was great to work with, communicated delivery, and made sure that everything was set up before I left. They also took “no” for an answer on the upsells, and didn’t add any “market adjustments” to the price.

Wonderful customer service! I went here to get a car and Mason was our sales rep. He was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. The management was equally helpful and patient. They did their best to ensure we got approved for a car. Mason went above the call of duty when he picked us up at our home to drive us to the dealership so we could pick up our car.
